TOPSHOT - Former leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP) Nigel Farage reacts as he arrives for a voting session at the European Parliament during the monthly session at the EU Parliament in Strasbourg, on July 5, 2016.
European Commission head Jean-Claude Juncker sharply criticised politicians Nigel Farage and Boris Johnson as the "sad heroes" of Brexit who backed out of leading Britain through the EU exit they had campaigned for.
