What does Plaid Cymru mean?

Plaid Cymru is a Welsh political party. It is a nationalist party that advocates an independent Wales.

Its name is the Welsh for “party of Wales” (Plaid = Party; Cymru = Wales). It is pronounced Plyed Kumree.
