Watch: What happened when The Sun strapped a spy camera onto David Cameron for the day?

By Media Mole

To launch its new election section, the Sun has filmed David Cameron for the day, and attached a spy camera to him. Here are this mole’s impressions on a day in the life of the Prime Minister:

He has a lovely kitchen

Take note, Ed. Cameron’s kitchen is really nice. And you only get to see one of them. This is media management at its finest.

He works surrounded by toothbrushes

Why are there so many toothbrushes on his desk? There are four in this shot. Are they for giving his policies teeth? Helping him to brush up on stats? Whitewashing the facts? Etc.

No 10 has a bling picture of Henry VIII

It’s pretty modern and artistic.

He follows himself on Facebook

Don’t think he’s quite got the hang of this social media stuff yet.

He is driven 1400 yards to see the Queen

Greenest government ever.

He mainly walks from one empty room to the other

The Sun‘s exclusive “cam cam” footage, where they’ve attached a spy camera to the PM, just shows Cameron plaintively saying “hi there” to a series of deserted opulent rooms.
