By Media Mole

In an enjoyably concise demonstration of how far we’ve come from the concept of a party line, a health minister has publicly slammed her government colleague on Twitter.

“Bollocks”, tweeted Caroline Dinenage, quote-tweeting the chief secretary to the Treasury Liz Truss’s post of a Telegraph piece calling to scrap the sugar tax: “If Boris wants to help Britain’s poorest, scrapping the sugar tax is the place to start”.

Don’t sugar the pill, Caroline.
