Trump won’t say whether he’ll leave if he loses

"Get rid of the ballots and you'll have a very — there won't be a transfer, frankly, there'll be a continuation," the president told members of the press, apparently referring to mail in ballots. Relatedly, both the president and Vice President Mike Pence have encouraged the Senate to quickly confirm the president's as yet unnamed Supreme Court nominee so that there are nine justices, not eight, on the bench in the event that the election is decided at the Supreme Court. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell appears to have the votes to confirm a nominee before the election, which is in 41 days and for which early voting has already started.
